DESCRIPTION
unclereaton is a helpdesk technician working in an ESN
(managed service provider), currently studying towards the CCNA
certification. Spends most of the time in a terminal, running
Linux, and building a home lab out of pure curiosity.
Believes in Free, Libre and Open-Source Software (FLOSS) as a
philosophy, not just a toolset.
WORK
-h, --helpdesk
IT support technician in an ESN. Handles tickets,
troubleshoots hardware/software, manages endpoints via
NinjaOne.
-c, --ccna
Currently preparing the Cisco CCNA certification.
Routing, switching, VLANs, the usual suspects.
INTERESTS
-f, --floss
Free, Libre and Open-Source Software. Linux daily
driver, self-hosting, privacy-respecting tools.
-s, --security
Cybersecurity and CTFs. Shoutout to 42CTF.
-n, --networking
Home lab, OPNsense, Proxmox, and anything with an
Ethernet port.
